Description
James Beard Award winner Rocco DiSpirito will work his culinary magic once again as he headlines this sublime SOBEWFF® dinner that combines his love of Mediterranean flavors with a genuine passion for clean, ingredient-driven dishes. This year, the healthy lifestyle expert and New York Times bestselling author of the Now Eat This! cookbook series will take over the kitchen at Amalia Restaurant Miami Beach inside The Lennox Hotel, partnering with the restaurant’s talented Executive Chef, Hernan Griccini, for what is destined to be a truly memorable evening. And to give this dinner even more of a unique edge, the Argentina-born Griccini – a fast-rising culinary star who has cooked in some of the world’s most renowned restaurants (including the Michelin-starred Nerua Guggenheim Bilbao in Spain) – will infuse their collaborative menu with seasonal ingredients that pay homage to his South American roots. Amalia’s neutral-hued aesthetic will create the ideal canvas on which DiSpirito and Griccini can layer their colorful Mediterranean dishes and artful wine pairings from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio. Together, they’ll guide you along the Mediterranean coast – from Spain to Israel – without you ever having to leave your seat.
