Chef Carlo Mirarchi is widely known for his highly-acclaimed eatery Blanca, flanked by his hipster pizza joint Roberta’s in Brooklyn, NY. He also trained the James Beard nominated Chef Brady Williams, before Williams took a leap and is now bringing innovative flavors and techniques to the revered restaurant Canlis in Seattle. These two masterminds will reunite at #SOBEWFF, alongside Marcelo Palacios, Executive Chef of Myles Restaurant Group, at the trendy Prime Private. Indulge in an elevated dining experience that perfectly highlights the creative cuisine that maintains their reputations as some of the most relevant names in the industry, perfectly complemented by wine from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio.
