Executive Chef David Lee, the artist behind Planta - the trendy South of Fifth plant-based eatery by hospitality entrepreneur David Grutman - will bring his prowess for serving up innovative cuisine made from high quality, responsibly-sourced ingredients to the discerning palates of South Beach for this unique dinner. Lee will be joined by husband and wife duo Rich Landau and Kate Jacoby from the celebrated vegetable restaurant Vedge out of Philadelphia, PA, which made GQ’s list of outstanding restaurants in 2013. These three talented chefs will carefully curate a harmonious menu for diners to enjoy a consciously-crafted experience, paired with wines from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio.
