Vincent Menager is Vice President, Culinary, at The One Group, overseeing all menu creation and development for its portfolio of brands. Previously, Chef Menager was the Company’s Corporate Concept Chef for the EMEA region, leading the operation of STK Steakhouse restaurants located at Me by Melia hotel properties in London and Milan, along with Radio Rooftop Bar and all F&B offerings at the Hippodrome Casino. He will previously managed the opening of all new STK properties across the Middle East and Europe. He also previously served as Executive Chef for Rhubarb Food Design.
Chef Menager is originally from Brive la Gaillarde, South West France. He received his culinary degree from the Hotel School of Souillac Périgord, and has trained with some of France’s most distinguished chefs, including Frederic Anton in his Michelin 3-star restaurant, Le Pre Catlan. He has held leadership positions with Sofitel in Australia, the UK and China, and has served cuisine at events such as the BAFTAs, the British Fashion Awards, the Prince’s Trust Gala and Royal Ascot.
