I always admired everything about my Nana. She had style, grace, intelligence, humor, and was, as she referred to herself, a “willing cook”.  Her baked goods were nothing less than incredible. They were buttery, light, had layers of flavor, and conjured up love. So, from an early age I decided to be just like her. I wanted to bake desserts that tasted like LOVE. 

During quarantine, I baked something different for 40 plus days.  For fun I would post my creations on social media.  After a few weeks, my friends kept making the same suggestion: “you should open a bakery”.   I thought, why not?  As soon as I posted my first menu online, the orders poured in.  My daughter Sydney helped me keep up with the demand and, to my pleasant surprise, CoCo’s Kitchen Homemade was born.
