Born in the small village of Osimo on the Marche region of Italy’s Adriatic coast, Chef Fabio Trabocchi and his Spanish wife and business partner, Maria Font Trabocchi, are widely celebrated among Washington DC’s and the nation’s leading restaurateurs.
