Trained in both savory and pastry, Chef Susan is the Director of Catering with Feeding South Florida. Her previous role as Director of Culinary encompassed managing all culinary activities including senior meals, children’s meals and catering services. She owned a catering business in Chicago for two decades before moving to Austin, TX as an executive chef with ISS@Google. Her wide breadth of experience includes event catering, cookbook editing, teaching and culinary curricula, as well as consulting for Sandals Resorts, Chicago Public High Schools and developing recipes with strict dietary constraints. She holds a bachelor of arts degree in English Literature, certificates in both culinary and savory, and a master of science in Hospitality Management, focusing on food waste solutions.
