Stella Koufalis created Think Greek in 2013 as a food truck. In 2018 Think Greek was upgraded to a brick and mortar restaurant located in Port St. Lucie,FL. Stella created Think Greek to showcase Greek flavors in a way that your typical Greek restaurant has never done before. Stella is a first generation Greek American. Growing up with Greek traditions and having lived in Greece for a number of years, the flavors of Greece has been instilled upon her. Being Greek American she found that she was able to put an American twist on some of Think Greek’s menu items, fusing Greek flavors with typically American dishes. This makes Think Greek stand apart from other Greek restaurants. Stella and the Think Greek team are excited and honored to showcase at The South Beach Wine & Food Festival this year.
