Born and raised in the heartland of America, Sarah Lawrence was exposed to the hospitality industry at a young age. She got her official start in Miami working at several high-volume nightlife venues. After gaining local attention, she took the role as the head bartender of Hakkasan at Miami Beach's iconic Fontainebleau where she dove deep into the world of craft cocktails. In 2013 she was the technical winner of Miami’s Campari cocktail competition and in 2016 conqueredMandarin Napoleon's Battle of the Sexes; American Ladies vs Men of the world. The next few years she traveled between New York and Miami consulting with venues, creating bespoke menus and new cocktails. These days you can find her back to her bartending roots behind the bar at Sweet Liberty Drinks & Supply Co. named #21 by World’s 50 Best Bars in 2018. Her precision and attention to detail, as well as her lively personality make her an invaluable asset.
