Samantha Zola, is the head Chef and Founder of Zola Bakes. Born and raised in Long Island, New York, Samantha quickly learned to appreciate good food. After graduating from Binghamton University she decided she wanted to turn her passion for pastries into a profession. Once she completed her training at The French Pastry School of Chicago, Samantha honed her skills while working for well-known establishments like Epicerie Boulud and Magnolia Bakery. Zola Bakes’ rainbow cookies are traditional in size and sometimes shape, but that’s about all that’s conventional about them. They are handmade with top notch ingredients and always in small batches to ensure optimal quality. With a fresh new look, better flavor, customizable colors, and various options for filling, it’s impossible to have just one.
