Randy Roberts is an accomplished actor, singer, director, and world-renowned female impersonator with a career spanning over 30 years. A native of Norfolk, Virginia, Randy began his journey in community theater before discovering his niche in female impersonation. Starting in small bars and clubs across Virginia and the Carolinas, he eventually moved to Miami Beach, Florida, where he performed in the Foam Rubber Follies at the Newport Beach Hotel.
Randy’s talent quickly garnered attention, leading to a national tour with the revue Masquerade à La Cage. During this tour, he caught the eye of producers from the long-running Las Vegas drag revue Boy-Lesque at the Sahara Hotel and Casino. After a successful audition, he joined the show as a pony (showgirl/dancer) and eventually performed as Ann Miller, backed by an 11-piece orchestra and dancers.
His international career took off when he was selected to perform in Mascara, a Madrid-based impersonation revue featuring artists from around the world. While in Spain, Randy began developing what would become his signature one-man show, performing in clubs throughout the country.
Randy has since headlined revues in casinos, theaters, and clubs from Honolulu to San Juan, Chicago to Key West, and many places in between. He gained national recognition on the tenth season of NBC’s America’s Got Talent and made his off-Broadway debut in Give A Man A Mask at the York Theatre. He later starred in the San Francisco production of the same show, retitled Chance, the Musical by Richard Isen and directed by Robert Kalfin at the Alcove Theater.
Randy’s on-screen credits include a role as Cher on ABC’s One Life to Live and his film debut in the award-winning indie film Any Day Now, starring Alan Cumming, Garret Dillahunt, and Frances Fisher. He also performs with symphonies across the country, showcasing his versatile talent.
Currently celebrating his 26th year headlining the Crystal Room at Lateda in Key West, Randy Roberts continues to captivate audiences with his exceptional artistry, humor, and charm.
