Born and raised in Venezuela, I always had a fondness for cooking, since I was a child I was curious to read recipe books to prepare them and surprise everyone at home, friends and family. When I grew up, life led me to live in Buenos Aires (Argentina) where I studied Cooking and Pastry professionally at the Mariano Moreno Institute, I did dinners behind closed doors through “CookApp” where I transmitted my roots through food, I also worked as Menu Innovation Lead for McDonalds LATAM and today I am an entrepreneur with my sister and my brother-in-law in this Burgershop called Burger Fusion 305.
