A seasoned culinary professional, Orlando held chef positions at Maso in the Trump Tower and Fratelli Lyon in the Design District. His journey began at his family’s pastry shop in New York, continuing with bakery ownership in Italy and restaurant leadership roles in London and Ireland before settling in Miami Beach nearly 20 years ago. Orlando’s passion for dough-making and Italian culinary traditions remains central to his craft.
