My passion for gastronomy goes back to when I was a teenager. Every chance I got, I would watch my mom cook elaborate meals. After a few cooking classes, I decided to put my passion into practice by creating traditional and unique meals. I specialize in Creole cuisine. With my quest to always learn more, I decided to launch my own company in 2013 under the trade name “Icancook2.” My goal is to have the entire world discover creole cuisine, because creole cuisine is an invitation to travel, with exotic flavors, colors and spices.
