Ming Tsai is a James Beard Award winning Chef/Partner at BaBa at the Yellowstone Club in Big Sky. He just wrapped up his 18th season of PBS-TV’s Simply Ming, an Emmy-Award winner, and is the author of five cookbooks. As Chairman of the National Advisory Board, Ming is celebrating 10 years with Family Reach, the only national organization that financially helps families dealing with cancer. He also is a Chef Ambassador of WCK, providing meals to those in need. Most recently, Ming launched MingsBings, upgraded vegan hot pockets that are GF, nut-free, and simply delicious.
