Born and raised in Belgrade, Serbia, Milos Velickovic has worked in the hospitality industry for over seven years. After completing his training at the Bartending Association of Serbia, Milos moved to New York City and began bartending for Celebrity Cruise Line in 2008. In 2010, Milos graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. During his time in New York, he worked in restaurants like Beet, Forcella and Barbounia. Milos also bartended at signature cocktail bars, Analogue and The Grain at Barn Joo.

In 2016, Milos moved to Miami to seek new opportunities and joined the team at Sushi Garage. During this time, he was approached to open the Employees Only Miami location as Principal Bartender. When Employees Only Miami suddenly closed in winter 2018, the team decided to stay in Miami and open Swizzle Rum Bar & Drinkery. Along with Jesus Perez, Jason Tune, Strahinja Marjanovic, Nikola Dragojevic, and principal partner Danilo “Dacha” Bozovic, who was one of the original owners of Employees Only Miami. Swizzle Rum Bar & Drinkery is an intimate and sophisticated speakeasy with a selection of more than 150 rums, a New York City meets Miami vibe and drinks that appeal to both the casual consumer and the cocktail connoisseur.
