Executive Chef Mike Hiraga directs the kitchen at the newly opened Vagabond Sushi in Miami’s historic MiMo District. Prior positions include the beloved Bond St., where he perfected the spicy tuna roll (featured on Vagabond Sushi’s current menu) and Blue Ribbon.

Hiraga ships seafood directly from Japan, while sourcing meats and produce from Florida farms. Menu highlights include extensive nigiri, sashimi, Izakaya sharing plates, and Pan-Asian entrees.
