Mike Bagale is the founder of Super Food Concepts, an international creative consultancy firm that collaborates on dining experiences with artists and brands from all over the world. Some of Bagale’s past clients include Vogue, BMW, Mercedes, Sakara Life, and the U.S. Open.

Some might know Bagale as the former executive chef of Chicago’s Alinea. During his eight-year tenure, the restaurant maintained three Michelin stars, and at its peak placed 7th on the esteemed World’s 50 Best Restaurants list. In 2012, he became the first person in history to create floating food, with Alinea’s famous edible green apple balloon.

Though Bagale is classically trained in French cuisine, his style and technique reflect inspiration from Japan, Mexico, and Thailand. Outside the kitchen, Mike loves to travel and surf.
