Mario Beabraut
Chef Mario Beabraut is Executive Chef of Bourbon Steak, a Michael Mina Restaurant at JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa. An acclaimed culinary talent who has worked alongside chefs Thomas Keller, Angela Hartnett, Daniel Boulud, and others, Chef Beabraut joined Bourbon Steak in February 2023, continuing a yearslong relationship with James Beard Award-winning Chef Michael Mina and MINA Group.
Chef Beabraut first teamed with Chef Mina in 2017 in Santa Clara, California as a member of the MINA Group task force for Bourbon Steak, a Michael Mina Restaurant. There, he earned the role of the restaurant’s executive chef, while also overseeing operations of Chef Mina’s Tailgate at Levi’s Stadium and MINA Catering operations. Prior to making his mark at Bourbon Steak, Chef Beabraut served as executive sous chef of Farm Shop Marin in Larkspur, California.
As a native of Palm Beach, Florida, Chef Beabraut’s interest in the culinary arts was sparked at a young age by a trip to Italy. He went on to attend the Florida Culinary Institute before embarking on his professional career.
