Chef Manny Rivera decided to take on the challenge to make a gourmet hot dog, and on his 23rd birthday he opened up in a tent in Grand Central Skate Park as Doggystyle Miami Hot Dogs. Chef Manny Rivera decided to take on the challenge to make a gourmet hot dog, and on his 23rd birthday he opened up in a tent in Grand Central Skate Park as Doggystyle Miami Hot Dogs. It was the beginning of the concept and also a great volunteer effort in Downtown Miami where Skate Free Florida opened the door for the young chef to provide food, beverage, guidance, and management to often overlooked youth in the local skateboarding community. Chef Manny and his team continue their community work with at-risk inner city youth through economic empowerment and mentorship.

Chef Manny is a local chef who is a graduate of Le Cordon Blue and quickly moved into the fine-dining restaurant world at a young age, gaining experience working at top establishments such as Bazaar, SLS South Beach, St. Regis Bal Harbour, and JW Marriot Marquis to name a few.

After pursuing his dreams of making some of the best hot dogs in the city, Doggystyle Miami Hot Dogs has been seen at some of your favorite events and community staples like the Frost Science Museum, Biscayne Green, Miami Heat Family Fest, iii Points, the Arts + Entertainment District and more.
