Julio Cabrera

Born in Cuba, where his earliest memories include running around his father’s 24-hour bar in the front of their house, Cabrera has since worked behind the bar in Cuba, Italy, Cancun and Miami. Teaming with James Beard Award-winning chef Michelle Bernstein, he helped Sra. Martinez gain recognition in 2012 as one of the 100 best bars in America, and went on to become a managing partner at the Regent Cocktail Club, where he aimed to preserve classic cocktail culture.
