After completing his gastronomy studies in Mexico, Jorge packed his bags and headed for the vibrant culinary scene of Miami at the age of 21. Jorge’s relentless dedication and unmatched talent eventually led him to the pinnacle of his career as the Corporate Executive Chef at the renowned Talkin’ Tacos.

With over 30 years of culinary experience, Jorge Alvarez is not just a chef; he’s a culinary visionary.
