Part of the Genuine Hospitality Group for over seven years, Jonas began at Michael’s Genuine during Art Basel 2017, mastering every kitchen station and refining his craft. A brief tenure at Ghee expanded his skills in Indian cuisine, but his heart remained with the camaraderie of Michael’s team. Jonas started out with a passion for science – Biology and Chemistry, but traded a path in forensic science for the creative challenges of the kitchen, where his passion continues to thrive.
