Chef Iatrellis worked at a local Greek diner before his 10-year tenure at the iconic Forge Restaurant in Miami Beach, where he acted as executive sous chef and worked on the restaurant’s 2010 rebrand alongside Chef Dewey LoSasso. In roles as executive chef, Iatrellis opened celebrity chef Josh Capon’s Lure Fishbar in Miami Beach and later helmed Barcelona Wine Bar and opening the renowned restaurant’s Denver location. Chef Iatrellis returns home and back to his roots, launching Layla Miami Beach, a modern Middle Eastern restaurant at Kayak’s first hotel in Miami Beach.
