My name is Jp, I have been a chef for over 15 years. My career started with hotels then catering companies and all types of restaurants. I worked my way up the chain from a line cook to becoming an Executive chef. My learning and skills came from amazing mentors that I had the privilege of working alongside. I soaked up everything I could, stay focused, humble and poured the love I have into my business and cuisine I execute each and every day. I am beyond proud to be the owner of Between Two Buns and bring smiles and full stomachs to my customers each and every day.
