He studied his career at the High Cuisine School of Los Andes, in Lima, Peru, where he graduated with honors, obtaining the first place in Peruvian, Italian and international cuisine. He began his career on the rise thanks to his fine techniques to preserve homemade flavors with a modern style and according to the international palate.

Being awarded as “Master Chef”, “Golden Knife”, among other awards, Javier Flores is one of the most recognized Peruvian culinary industry professionals in the United States. He is the main chef of the Aromas del Peru restaurant chain and travels the world, participating in events and competitions, promoting Peruvian cuisine, flavor and tradition.
