Born, and raised in Mexico city, grew up spending time inside the kitchen while my mother was cooking, started to cook for my family at the age of 16, and my first work was in a fast-food restaurant, doing groceries shopping, and cooking in the restaurant, started culinary school in 2003; which amazingly almost wasn’t able to study for monetary issues, learned my seasoning with my mother, learned how to own your touch while cooking, and was able to improve it while the path of my studies, finished in 2007 and came to us for 18 months as a final evaluation process for my bachelor’s degree.
Have worked in all kind of kitchen services, from fast food to fine dining, going through high quantity banquets, personal events, Mexican restaurant cuisine, an Italian restaurant and some more….
Have been living in the us for the last 4 years, and im currently working with nanas, proudly improving and creating dishes for all, in the best way possible, without compromising quality and flavor in it. Im living my passion which is cooking, learning every single day something new, and looking forward to keeping sharing a little bit of my passion through my food.
