Javier Domínguez, originally from Madrid, is a Spanish chef with a culinary and pastry degree from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu. His passion for cooking began during his teenage years when he started hosting tasting dinners for family and friends. However, it wasn’t until the age of 20, while studying law, that he decided to change the course of his life and pursue his true calling—cooking.
Following his formal training, Javier built much of his culinary career in renowned establishments such as Quique Dacosta (3* Michelin), Álbora (1* Michelin), A Barra (1* Michelin), and Cala Millor Madrid, one of the city’s top pastry shops since 1978.
Known for his talent and drive, Javier has advanced to his current role as Executive Chef of Cala Millor Miami. He describes himself as deeply passionate about gastronomy, particularly Mediterranean cuisine, with a special focus on paellas and rice dishes.
