Harry Coleman

Harry, head baker and chef, graduated with a Journalism degree but took the kitchen route after FIU. With baking and cooking in his blood, Harry self taught himself many techniques and was then trained by his father, Chef Philip Coleman.

Harry has been featured on Telemundo, NBC, Food Network Magazine, Cooking Channel, Miami New Times and in the Miami Herald.

By age 12, he began apprenticing at a family bakery with his grandmother, Gladys Espinoza, who owned bakeries in Chile, Venezuela and Miami Beach. Harry ran this bakery for 10 years, prior to opening Empanada Harry’s.
