Geoff Lee
Geoff Lee is the winner of the Miami New Times reader’s choice Best of Award for 2019, winning both best chef and best restaurant in the same year. Originally from Jamaica, he has always gravitated towards cooking for friends and family, then later developed his skills at George Brown College in Toronto Canada. His most recent body of work includes being the Chef de Cuisine at the award-winning Byblos Miami, located in the heart of South Beach. He has now branched off and has opened a few Hawaiian inspired Poké restaurants spread from Fort Lauderdale to Coral Gables, FL.
