Eggwhites Catering was founded in 1994 by Chef Gary Lampner. Chef Gary became passionate about the culinary arts while attending business school in Vermont. He successfully completed the American Culinary Federation’s Chef Apprenticeship Program where he trained for 6,000 hours at the world-renowned Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, Florida. After a series of successful stints at some of Miami’s hottest and highest-rated hotels and restaurants, Chef Gary was compelled to move into the world of off-premise catering.
