CEO, Maison Louis Latour
Florent Latour, the CEO of Maison Louis Latour, took on the role after his brother Louis-Fabrice Latour’s passing in 2022. Florent represents the 11th generation of his family to lead the company, founded in 1797 in Burgundy. His background includes a career in the tech sector and an MBA from Harvard, which prepared him for managing one of Burgundy’s largest independent, family-owned wine estates.
The company’s vineyards, including notable Grand Cru sites, have a long-standing history of tradition combined with innovation, a balance that Florent is keen to maintain. Florent is also dedicated to upholding the company’s family legacy and independence and preparing for a smooth generational transition. His niece, Eléonore, is expected to be the 12th generation leader, continuing the family’s stewardship of the business. Under his leadership, Maison Louis Latour also aims to expand its reach while remaining accessible to new and younger audiences worldwide.
