My passion began at the age of 19. While working in the food and beverage industry I noticed that I gain a passion for cooking. Coming from a Haitian family I always watch my mother in the kitchen preparing dinner for us. That’s when I learned more about the flavor of the Haitian Culture. 11 years later I decided open up Fin’s Kitchen food truck. Founded in 2019 I’ve been cooking for amazing people and sharing my twist on the traditional flavors. My menu integrate the love for my passion with a deep appreciation for great food and incorporate various methods, aromas and tastes for a truly unique experience.
