Chef Fernando J. Asencio is the force behind DULCE sweet edible art, a Miami-based Dessert Boutique established in 2008.

After graduating from Johnson & Wales University, Chef Asencio honed his skills working for Miami locals of the likes of Sweet Art by Lucila and Perricone’s. But it was in 2008 when Chef Fernando decided to open TOSS Catering and DULCE sweet edible art. Focused on catering social and corporate events of all types and sizes, both companies became well known in the event world, pleasing crowds in Florida, Pennsylvania and Puerto Rico.

Fast word to 2020, Chef Asencio decided to open up DULCE to everyone. “With everything that is going on in the world these days, I want to no longer be exclusive to catering and events. Now everyone will be able to taste and enjoy our sweet creations,” -Chef Fernando.

Our goal is to elevate classic desserts such as the Traditional Pavlova with unexpected flavors and textures. As time goes by we will be introducing lines of desserts that will be available for everyone to taste and enjoy.
