After taking my firsts steps between Verona and Venice (Italy) I went to England where I was able to work for some of the most prestigious companies in the sector. Later, I wanted a new challenge and after 7 years in London I move to Dubai where I was able to experiment different cuisines and During my time there I became a very fluent chef and won several awards.
Since 2025, I have begun my involvement in a new project, joining a prestigious group in our industry, being in charge of leading the kitchen team as Executive Chef of the first Signor Sassi on American soil, more specifically, located in Hallandale Beach, South Florida.
