David Foulquier’s journey into hospitality began at a very young age. He gathered experience working at some of New York’s top restaurants — such as Jean George and Daniel — as well as attending Hoffman School Barcelona and Tokyo Sushi Academy.

Soon after completing his bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management at FIU, his professional career took off with the opening of Fooq’s in Downtown Miami in 2015 at just 25 years old. During the pandemic, Fooq’s closed and pivoted to Eleventh Street Pizza. This year, a second Eleventh Street opened in South Miami, and a 2.0 rendition of Fooq’s is currently under construction in Little River with anticipations to open end of 2024.

Additionally, David and his brother now operate their hospitality group We All Gotta Eat, with several acaimex concepts such restaurants such as Michelin-starred Sushi Noz and Noz 17, Noz Market, and several concepts to open in the coming year.
