Harry Coleman
Chef Harry Coleman is the owner and chef of Empanada Harry’s and Smoke & Dough. Along with his wife Michelle, Harry took the traditional bakery fare in his family roots to another level with artisanal empanadas made with creative twists and quality ingredients. In similar fasion, Smoke & Dough is taking an all-American tradition – Smoked barbecue – and mixing it up with a Miami food print. Tapas, arepas and mofongo are paired alongside brisket, ribs and pulled pork. Harry has been featured on Telemundo, NBC, Univision, The Miami Herald and Food Network Magazine.
