Chef Brandon Rosen began his culinary career early growing up outside Detroit immersed in the family owned and operated chocolate confectionery business. He relocated to New York City at 17 literally nothing but a drive to learn food from the best. Landing at Michelin-starred Alain Ducasse at the Essex House and Eleven Madison Park, Brandon migrated West to take a post at The French laundry and was instrumental in the launch of Benu in the Bay Area. Landing at Michelin-starred Alain Ducasse at the Essex House and Eleven Madison Park, Brandon migrated West to take a post at The French laundry and was instrumental in the launch of Benu in the Bay Area. Rosen settled in at Redd in Yountville until recently transitioning as a Private Chef in Silicon Valley. Chef Rosen is currently focusing on restaurant consulting and providing exclusive private dining events throughout the Bay Area as he develops his next move.
