Truluck’s Chef Bradley Moss found his passion for food at a young age, after spending all of his time in the kitchen with his family. It quickly became clear that a career in culinary arts was the only route for him. Brad worked his way into restaurant kitchen management at only age seventeen and his dedication to his craft did not stop there.

While balancing a budding career and still being disciplined in his studies, Brad graduated from the Art Institute of Michigan in 2012. On how he managed it all, Bradley recalls, “working to be able to put myself through culinary school was very important to me.”

Bradley proved to himself that the sky was the limit to what he could accomplish and traded in his Midwest winters for Florida sunshine (and stone crab!) After growing and learning as a sous chef with Mariott hotels, Chef Bradley joined Truluck’s Naples in 2019 because of the brand’s dedication to quality and genuine hospitality.

As Truluck’s moves forward into “The New Normal,” they could not be more excited to have such a resilient and positive teammate in their corner.
