Chef Bradley Fortune brings over a decade of culinary expertise to his role as Executive Chef at Sixty Vines Miami. Known for his creativity and leadership, Chef Fortune oversees a dynamic kitchen team that crafts abundant, vineyard-inspired dining experiences. Chef Fortune began his culinary journey at Grand Lux Cafe, a sister concept of The Cheesecake Factory, where he honed his skills and passion for hospitality. In 2011, he joined Yard House as a Sous Chef, quickly making his mark by helping to launch multiple new locations. Within a year, his talent and drive earned him the role of Executive Chef, a position he leveraged to lead and train culinary teams for nine additional Yard House openings. Now at Sixty Vines, Chef Fortune channels his experience and passion into redefining wine country dining, bringing fresh ideas and a bold perspective to Miami’s culinary scene.
