Bernardo Paladini
Currently serving as the executive chef at the highly-anticipated Torno Subito Miami, Chef Bernardo Paladini has steadily forged a name for himself as an esteemed chef in the industry. For 12 years, Paladini honed his skills under the guidance of acclaimed Chef Massimo Bottura at the three Michelin-starred Osteria Francescana in Modena, Italy, a restaurant ranked as the world’s number one by the World’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2016 and 2018. Prior to this, he completed a three-year stint at the one Michelin-starred Acquolina in Rome. His dedication and talent led him to play a role in the opening of Gucci Osteria in Florence and work at Franceschetta58, the sister restaurant of Osteria Francescana. In 2019, Bernardo embraced the opportunity to take charge of Chef Massimo Bottura’s Michelin-starred Torno Subito in Dubai.
