A native of Miami, Florida, Austin Hoffman was born into the crêpe business. By the time he was 5 year old, he had already mastered the art of spinning a crêpe. His first “official” job at 10 year old was to work festivals giving menus and taking orders.

He began working as a catering assistant chef at the age of 14. He trained under some of our most talented chefs and learned not only how to make a crêpe but also how to delight guests with his presentation. He is now one of our most requested catering chefs.

Since 2019 you can find him in our new Miami location in the Bird Road shopping center developing new crêpe recipes. Just like his mother taught him, he believes the best crêpes are made simply with the best, highest quality products.

His creativity and his love and respect for quality and tradition are helping guide CrêpeMaker into the future.
