From Puebla Mexico, Antonio has been living in Miami for 11 years. With 21 years of experience in the Culinary industry, working in five, 5 star Hotels before Gitano, owning his own restaurant 15 years ago, and working in many important locations like Beverly Hills, Scottsdsle, New York, Cancun, Cuernavaca, CDMX, Puebla, Monterrey, Tulum and Miami. Antonio is the GITANO Miami, Dubai, Tulum, New York Executive Chef. Antonio has been part of renown restaurants in different cities and countries, like Jean & George in Scottsdale and Jean & George in Bal Harbour, most recently he was part of the opening of the renown mHotltttPositano Italy Hotel, Le Sirenuse Miami at the 5 star Hotel, The Four Seasons Hotel at the Surfclub in 2017. Antonio has been able to take GITANO menu to the next level with the rich, authentic flavors of Mexico importing special ingredients like criollo Corn, and many signature ingredients from all Mexican territory and served with a modern twist.
