A professional Chef graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Orlando, she specializes in Plant based cuisine, a Certified Integrated Holistic Health coach, a healthy food lover and ice cream enthusiast.
A conscious and healthy lifestyle has always been her passion and throughout her life she has constantly been searching for ways to master the art of listening to her body. After a long journey, she was able to find and adapt to a balanced and holistic lifestyle without sacrificing the pleasure of enjoying good food as she considers herself a full-time foodie too.
Her biggest wish is to inspire people with her everyday work and of course with her delicious and healthy delights that she makes with so much love.
