CHEF ANDRE FOWLES is a Jamaican-born, New York City–based chef and three-time Chopped champion on Food Network. Renowned for his bold, contemporary approach to Caribbean cuisine, Andre has been spotlighted by StarChefs New York and featured in The New York Times, Bon Appétit, Thrillist, VICE, Good Morning America, and the Today show. He is also the personal chef to rock legend Bruce Springsteen.
Andre has hosted multiple dinners at the prestigious James Beard House and participated in leading food festivals across the United States and the Caribbean, including Food & Wine, SOBEWFF, The Family Reunion, and the Jamaica Observer Food Awards.
His debut cookbook, My Jamaican Table (March 2026), was created in memory of his beloved grandmother, Mama Cherry, whose love and cooking shaped his life. Her legacy lives on in every recipe and fuels his next chapter: returning to where it all began. Andre is launching a breakfast-and-soup restaurant in Kingston, Jamaica, and bringing awareness to his One Pot Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to improving food access and nutritional education for children across the island.
