Adam Dombrowski

Adam Dombrowski joined the Rocco’s Tacos & Tequila Bar team in 2009, starting as sous chef at the Boca Raton location. From 2011 – 2016 he served as Executive Chef of Rocco’s Fort Lauderdale, which is still one of the top grossing restaurants in the brand’s ever-expanding portfolio. In his current role as Corporate Chef, Dombrowski works closely with Big Time Restaurant Group Corporate Chef Lisabet Summa on menu development while overseeing the culinary dining experience at each of the eight locations.

Dombrowski has worked with many different cuisines and assisted in opening several restaurants throughout his career, making him the well-rounded chef he is today.
