Adam Dombrowski joined the Rocco’s Tacos & Tequila Bar team in 2009, starting as sous chef at the Boca Raton location. From 2011 – 2016 he served as Executive Chef of Rocco’s Fort Lauderdale. In his current role as Corporate Chef, Dombrowski works closely with Big Time Restaurant Group Corporate Chef Lisabet Summa and Rocco’s Executive Chef Rich Garcia on menu development while overseeing the culinary dining experience at each of the eight locations. Born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in South Florida, Adam Dombrowski graduated from Lincoln’s Florida Culinary Institute in West Palm Beach. Dombrowski has worked with many different cuisines and assisted in opening several restaurants throughout his career, making him the well-rounded chef he is today.
