Ivo Mazzon

Chef Ivo Mazzon was born in Treviso, Italy. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Catering Services from Instituto Alberghiero.

Ivo was the executive chef at Graspa Group’s Tiramesu restaurant in Miami Beach from 2002-2008. Ivo also served as executive chef at Joey’s in Wynwood. Since 2012, Ivo has served as Executive Chef of Graspa Group’s Spris Artisan Pizza. There are four Spris Pizza restaurants in Miami: South Beach, Midtown, South Miami and Downtown.
