The renowned luxury resort Cala di Volpe is nestled across Costa Smeralda - or The Emerald Coast - in Porto Cervo, Italy, and we’re bringing Executive Chef Maurizio Locatelli to one of Miami’s most artistic destinations, Perez Art Museum Miami, where Executive Chef Kaytlin Dangaran helms the kitchen at Verde. Cala di Volpe’s allure comes not only from its sophistication as a resort, but also from its historic charm reminiscent of a classic Mediterranean fishing village. Locatelli and Dangaran are joined by 2017 James Beard Award-winner (Best Chef: Great Lakes) and Michelin-starred chef, Sarah Grueneberg, chef/owner of Monteverde Restaurant & Pastificio in Chicago, IL. Grueneberg is known for her fresh, hand-made pastas and adventurous take on traditional Italian dishes, through the use of global ingredients and cooking methods not usually seen in the Italian kitchen. From the Sardinian coast to the shores of the Great Lakes, Locatelli, Dangaran and Grueneberg will present a Mediterranean-inspired dinner that will take diners on a culinary journey across the Atlantic, featuring the freshest flavors best appreciated by the sophisticated palates they consistently serve - all complemented by wines from the Kim Crawford portfolio. This incredible, artistic evening will be curated by Cultured Magazine and its Founder/Editor-in-Chief, Sarah Harrelson, for a night of unparalleled design.
