Description
Roll up your sleeves at Boia De, one of Miami’s most celebrated restaurants, and discover the secrets behind perfectly crafted fresh pasta. Beloved by locals and nationally acclaimed, Boia De has earned a coveted spot on The New York Times’ Top 50 Restaurants in America and continues to be recognized as one of the city’s most innovative dining destinations.
Guided by the restaurant’s expert team, you’ll learn step by step how to mix and knead the dough, shape it with precision, and cook it to perfection. Along the way, the chefs will share the same techniques and tips that have made Boia De’s pasta dishes a must-try on Miami’s dining scene.
Get creative with sauces, fillings, and flavor combinations, and see how small details transform simple ingredients into something unforgettable. After class, sit down to enjoy a lunch featuring the pasta you’ve made, paired with wines and accompaniments curated with Boia De’s signature flair.
Whether you’re a seasoned home cook or a total beginner, this immersive master class delivers not just skills but also the joy, flavor, and excellence that define Boia De.
This event will take place at SGWS Wynwood, a state-of-the-art multi-purpose hospitality and education center, located in the heart of Miami’s most eclectic and creative arts and culture district.
