The king of high-end Mexican cuisine in Miami, Executive Chef Santiago Gomez, escapes the busy kitchens of Cantina La Veinte and Tacology for one night only to to team up with Executive Chef Scott Linquist, the mind behind the mouthwatering flavors and lively ambiance, reminiscent of the best Mexican street food you will ever have, of Coyo Taco and Tequila Bar. Topping off the talent at this Latin-inspired dinner, chef/owner Mitsuharu ‘Micha’ Tsumura, whose restaurant Maido in Lima was crowned the Best Restaurant in Latin America in 2017, and award-winning Venezuelan chef/owner Carlos Garcia, who also holds a coveted spot on the Latin America World's 50 Best List - for a pan-Latin collaboration, paired with wines from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio you’re sure to enjoy at Brickell’s Obra Kitchen Table.
